Strengthened in God

Today’s reading: 1 Samuel 28:1-31:13

As we saw yesterday, David had been anointed king of Israel, but the coronation was delayed.  Meanwhile, David learned how to trust God and to strengthen himself in God even when all hope seemed lost.
